Store Manager at Onyx Beauty Hub in Island, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly structured and meticulous Store Manager to supervise stock management, store processes, and stock chain initiatives for our premium experience hair generation organisation. The preferred candidate will make sure that all store items are well accounted for, inventory levels are optimized, and materials are productively disbursed to assist generation and sales processes.

Primary duties

• Supervise routine store processes, which includes inventory receipt, storage, and disbursement.
• Preserve precise records of inventory levels, materials, and finished goods using both documented guide and digital operational structures.
• Ensure full adherence with stock regulate rules to reduce losses, compensation, or discrepancies.
• Organize with the generation and sales teams to guarantee prompt stock of materials and goods.
• Carry out periodic inventory counts and resolve differences between physical counts and records.
• Oversee store assistants and ensure proper recordkeeping of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Organize and send consistent store documentation for executive review on inventory status, shortages, and strategic guidance.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and guard of the store at all times.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics associates as required.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Business Management, Stock Chain Management, Accounting, or relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ demonstrated expertise as a Store Manager, Store officer, or in a relevant position (expertise in the fashion/beauty/hair industry is a plus).
• Solid understanding of stock management operational structures and Excel spreadsheet software.
• Outstanding corporate, supervisory, and analytical abilities.
• High meticulousness, honesty and reliability, and responsibility.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Task juggling skill and perform in high-stress situations.
