About the Position

The Warehouse Manager will organize the routine warehousing initiatives. The candidate will execute receipt, cleaning of Cocoa Bean, preserving good product standard standard, conforming to Environmental public health & Safety and client support guidelines and accomplish the suitable level of volume within time limits. The successful applicant will make sure that day-to-day activities meet and exceed effectiveness requirements and to grow the organization’s entire market distribute and oversee the entire processes within Sagamu Warehouse. This position documentation to the Business operations manager and will based in Sagamu, Ogun State.

Primary duties

• Supervise the reception, generation, storage and stuffing of cocoa beans
• Ensures inventories are precise and regulate stock levels by making sure physical counts are executed and balanced with the system balance routinely
• Verify that every health and safety protocols are was aligned with
• Preserve proper recordkeeping and document keeping
• Productively oversee tasks of warehouse employees
• Offer routine/on a weekly basis/every month documentation of warehouse initiatives (Inventory Count, Generation, etc.)
• Offer firm executive guidance backed with honesty and reliability
• Serve as back up for Agromex processes
• Work productively with other business units
• Preserve standards throughout each business stage/process

About You

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Stock Chain, Community-related Science or any other applicable certification with a minimum of 3 years’ expertise in warehousing/stock management. Project coordination will be a plus
• Previous work expertise in an agricultural goods warehouse will be a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft applications with good practical understanding of Enterprise platform planning instrument like Agromex
• Good expertise and application of HSE (HSE) principles
• Capability to produce and documentation useful warehouse stock data
• Good interpersonal, information exchange with robust people and corporate leadership abilities
• Meticulousness with a high level of integrity and honesty and reliability
• Robust culture for outcomes, data evaluation, service and client fulfillment management
