Position Overview

• The Warehouse Manager is accountable for managing the productive receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• This position make sure that warehouse processes run smoothly, safely, and in adherence with organisation rules and industry rules.
• The Warehouse Manager arranges employees, supervises stock, optimizes methods, and ensures on-time completion of goods to assist organizational processes.

Primary duties

• Supervise daily warehouse processes which includes receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Strategize organize, and track the movement of goods to guarantee precision and effectiveness.
• Preserve proper stock regulate operational structures, making sure inventory precision and minimizing losses.
• Oversee, educate, and motivate warehouse employees to attain effectiveness targets.
• Execute and ensure adherence to health, safety, and guard guidelines in the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and assets for maximum productivity.
• Formulate and execute warehouse rules, standardized processes, and industry standards.
• Work alongside procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet client needs.
• Track key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) and organize business documentation for management.
• Manage warehouse tools servicing & maintenance and ensure proper usage.
• Oversee financial plans, reduce expenses, and enhance process effectiveness.

Credentials and Competencies

• Bsc in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Warehouse Manager, Manager, or similar position.
• Solid understanding of warehouse standardized processes, stock management, and logistics.
• Competence in warehouse management operational structures (WMS), Enterprise resource planning software, and MS Workspace.
• Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and deliver on time.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Expertise in safety rules and adherence qualifications.
