Position Overview

We are seeking a initiative-driven Business Regulatory manager to join our team. This position includes making sure compliance to compliance obligations and organizational guidelines while assisting business targets. You'll assist preserve an environment that fosters adherence through supervising, risk evaluation, development, and regulatory framework development.

Primary duties

• Legal adherence: Stay current with local and international rules (e.g., AML/CFT, information security) and ensure organisation-wide adherence.
• Regulatory framework & Standardized processes: Help in composing and executing adherence rules and programs.
• Risk mitigation strategy: Carry out adherence risk evaluations and endorse regulates or risk reduction actions.
• Supervising & Status updates: Track financial record and processes for unusual activity. Organize documentation for management and authorities.
• Development: Advance adherence consciousness by carrying out development and presenting direction.
• Cross-Operational Assist: Work alongside lawful, business, and technical teams; assist during audits and inspections.
• System issue Managing: Explore breaches, track outcomes, and preserve thorough records.

Qualifications

Education: Bsc in Law, Business, Finance, or relevant field. Qualifications (DCP, CAMS, ICA) are a plus. Expertise: 3 - 5 years in adherence, risk, or compliance-related positions within financial technology or financial solutions.
