About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Core Processes Officer with robust competence in LoanDisk operational base usage to head and assist the optimization of our lending and savings processes. The successful applicant will play a vital function in migrating all legacy and upcoming financial record into LoanDisk, making sure smooth system unification, and optimizing the operational base for High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) financial funding management and entire financial processes effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Head the migration of all legacy and ongoing financial record into the LoanDisk operational base.
• Set up, oversee, and enhance LoanDisk for lending, savings, and HNI financial funding processes.
• Ensure data precision, honesty and reliability, and uniformity across all migrated and new financial record.
• Work alongside product, finance, and technology teams to streamline processes and integrations.
• Formulate and preserve business documentation, dashboards, and regulates within LoanDisk.
• Assist adherence and risk mitigation strategy by embedding audit-prepared methods in processes.
• Offer learning and continuous help to internal teams on LoanDisk usage and industry standards.
• Constantly enhance methods to improve effectiveness, status updates, and customer experience.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ expertise in processes within lending, savings, or financial technology environments.
• Proven proficiency with the LoanDisk operational base (setup, status updates, optimization, and diagnosing issues).
• Solid understanding of lending processes, savings goods, and HNI/wealth management methods.
• Expertise in system migration or execution projects with a concentration on data precision and honesty and reliability.
• Strong experience in financial processes, transaction settlement, and status updates.
• Comprehension of adherence, audit, and compliance obligations in financial solutions.
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Strong capability in Excel, data evaluation, and finance reporting resources.
• Clear expression competencies with the capability to educate, assist, and shape cross-operational teams.
