Development Executive at an International Investment and Holding Company - Alan & Grant in Lagos

Position Overview

The Development Executive will assist the growth of our people, also in charge of designing and supplying internal capacity-building plans, evaluating learning needs, tracking advancement, and pushing uninterrupted employee development across the company.

Key Duties

• To serve as in-house advisor on Learning and Ability Development concerns
• Recognizing learning needs, coming up with interventions to bridge the differences, coordinating the methods to close the differences and analyzing the effect of same on the business.
• To offer input routinely and endorsement to the Executive guidance on hurdles recognized during site accompaniments (market visit).
• In charge of project setup & execution capacity-building plans in line with the long term goal of the Branch and the company.
• Help in meeting the hiring process and ability development needs from time to time.
• Evaluate development performance through development quizzes and response mechanism.
• Track document for every activity or project for partnership with participants and quick intervention.
• Documentation perceptive evaluation to the organization by best utilizing accessible data and information on sales initiatives.
• In charge of total output and productive dispatch of the requirements by both the Sales and the help desk.
• Track and evaluate sales effectiveness and prompt documentation, which assist organisation's strategic judgment.
• Team up with other departments which includes promotion and processes to guarantee that the business development team gets the assets and assist it needs to triumph.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of expertise as a Professional growth (L&D) advisor possessing expertise in sales inside the FMCG space.
• Committed to learning, pushing performances and adding value in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding with visual communication, facilitation, and has good relational and people skills.
• Committed to work in-field and cozy traveling to the work address.
• Launch to commute outside of Lagos when necessary.
