Role summary

• The Accounting officer will process all financial financial record, match financial records and organize data/documentation.
• This post includes inward/outward billing, which includes payment progression.
• Significant related experience of general financial obligations is crucial.
• To guarantee proper and prompt appraisal of every month inventory counts, project setup of variance documentation and Financial plan supervising.

Primary duties

• Processing data through the sales and buy ledgers from the point of receipt of the bill to finalization of the transaction.
• Settlement of Financial statements with Payment Voucher, buy and sales ledgers.
• Processing financial financial record through Sage and other accounting applications.
• Assessing the Expenses of Performances, Processes and Initiatives in a manner which Supports Evaluation and Valid Comparisons with Established Evaluation benchmarks among time Periods.
• Every month inventory Appraisal, Inventory taking, Inventory settlement, Financial plan supervising.
• Project setup of Every month Financial report and Inter-branch Accounts Settlement.
