Job Description

Under the authority of the Corporate head, you will oversee and organize all business-related initiatives (import and export) to guarantee that the performance threshold meets client demands in adherence with the group's interests.
Formulate business-related initiatives in accordance with the targets set by the group
Arrange and head sales teams to track the client project sample and recognize development potentials .
Formulate and preserve an international trade business-related action strategy and execute admin systems to track the effectiveness of the Business development team
Oversee the business-related network directly and transversally, respecting business-related targets and executing corrective actions as required.
Advance solutions to clients and potential opportunities
Recognize traffic and track results.
Routinely evaluate market statistics and answer to general management and teams based at headquarters.
Establish the sales plan, KPIs, execute marketing; Track avenues and pipelines to meet the financial plan.

You hold a Postgraduate Academic qualification (+5 years) in commerce, promotion, and possess a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in similar positions in maritime transport or transport in an interational environment.
You show high inspiration, finalize autonomy, and executive guidance, in addition to robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
You are client-oriented and possess the capability to adjust to adjustment and bring creative invention to the organization.
You have robust critical thinking and a good comprehension of business-related and promotion methods.
You possess a good comprehension of CMA CGM Group rules and standardized processes.
You are fluent in English and skilled with computer resources.
