Routine Visitation of Overdue Accounts: Carry out consistent, planned visits to customers with overdue accounts to establish information exchange, comprehend their conditions, and motivate prompt payment.
Enforcing Payments Adherence: Execute plans to guarantee that all customers follow payment plans, dealing with any obstacles they may face in fulfilling their liabilities.
Client Grievance Solution: Address and settle all client service issues within a 48-hour timeframe, making sure that client matters are handled promptly and productively.
Collateral Recovery: Successfully claim collateral from clients who are in default, utilizing suitable lawful and bargain plans.
Fraud Discovery and Escalation: Track accounts for any signs of fraudulent activity. Upon exploratory phase, report to higher support tier these accounts to the suitable governing bodies or internal teams without delay to prevent further risk.
Collection Targets: Accomplish a target of collecting a minimum of 70% of overdue payments, supporting to the entire financial health of the company.

At least a HND qualification (Higher national diploma) or Bachelor of Science (Bachelor's degree) academic qualification in a applicable field.
