Position Overview

The Financial officer will spearhead all facets of finance Management, encompassing corporate accounting, compliance-related and finance reporting, financial plan and projection project setup. Additionally, the position comprises tax management, management, and serving as a advisor for management by carrying out complete cost and income evaluation.

Duties Management Accounting:

• Sustains and enforces a recorded system of accounting rules and standardized processes.
• Oversee contracted out processes.
• Supervise the processes of the Finance unit, establishing an business hierarchy conducive to delivering unit-specific targets and targets.
• Oversee the accounting processes of Transkredit.
• Ledger proofs and efficient supervising.
• Formulate an business hierarchy inside the accounting department to coordinate the accomplishment of short-term targets and long-term targets.
• Oversee and train entry-level staff in the accounting department.

Transaction processing:

• Guarantee promptness payment of outstanding bills.
• Optimize rational discounts on outstanding bills.
• Promptly collect outstanding receivables.
• Finalize periodic bank and ledger adjustments.
• Guarantee promptness debt payments.
• Preserve the chart of accounts and oversee the general ledger for precision.
• Oversee tax-associated matters (VAT, WHT, PAYE), coordinating with with the organization’s tax advisor, audit officer, and authorities for productive tax management.
• Advise and coordinate with Processes on transaction postings to guarantee the accurate GL.
• Call over business postings for efficient supervising.

Methods:

• Follow SLAs and communicates accordingly to internal customers.
• Make sure that all standardized processes and regulates are fully recorded, suit for objective, accordingly communicated and was aligned with.
• Ensure standardized processes are conforming with supporting compliance-related and lawful factors and the team is properly prepared to carry out such duties.
• Comprehend, follow and show adherence with supporting within and outside the organization regulations, rules and standardized processes that submit application to the carry out of the business.
• Supervise client assistance methods and arrange them to improve client fulfillment.

Adherence:

• Offer compliance-related documentation to the adherence department for rendition.
• Organize the offering of information to external auditors for the yearly audit
• Track debt levels and adherence with debt covenants
• Adhere with Local, State, and Federal government status updates qualifications and tax filings.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc / MSC with 5 - 8 years of expertise.

Key Skilled:

• Expertise in accounting and finance reporting guidelines- IFRS and IAS
• Robust data analysis and analytical abilities.
• Vast expertise across the accounting and finance spectrum - Financial, Management, Tax, Audit, and financial investigative.
