Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Feature lead – Payment to head the design, development, and management of Kalabash’s payment goods and channels.
This position is central to building world-class payment experiences across various channels (online, in-app, POS, and APIs) while making sure reliability, guard, and scalability.
The preferred candidate will bring competence in payment operational structures, customer experience, and feature advancement to assist lead Kalabash’s growth.

Own the product lifecycle for payment initiatives—from ideation, business case development, and implementation to scaling and uninterrupted improvement.
Establish the product aspiration, plan, and roadmap in sync with client needs, market avenues, and business key focuses.
Collaborate with engineering, design, adherence, and processes teams to supply secure, ability to scale, and user-friendly payment initiatives.
Oversee integrations with payment processors, gateways, banks, and third-party vendors.
Track key product indicators (adoption, transaction success rates, income, client fulfillment) and execute analytics-based enhancements.
Guarantee adherence with payment rules, KYC/AML qualifications, and data guard guidelines.
Stay forward of market trends which includes digital wallets, mobile payments, APIs, and cross-border payment advancements.
Support for customer experience, making sure payment initiatives are intuitive, smooth, and dependable.
