Role summary

• Preserve and build client data/information e.g. names, handle, phone number etc.
• Receives orders from clients and organize sales order.
• Receives service issues from clients through clients service issues form.
• Call clients for feed backs.
• Launch accounts for new walk in clients.
• Collates client’s orders, indicating the accessible and the non accessible ones.
• Collates sales order pending and transmitting to the audit department routine for document objective.,
• On a weekly basis project setup of sale documentation.
• Collates the non accessible clients order and advance it to the processes department for check in.
