About the Position

The ICT Head will establish and lead the organization’s tech aspiration, monitoring IT processes and creative invention to guarantee operational structures, structure, and online platforms enable business expansion, effectiveness, and guard.

Primary duties

• Head the design and execution of ICT plan in sync with entire business targets.
• Supervise Technology infrastructure, networks, and enterprise operational structures with concentration on scalability and guard.
• Lead digital transformation programs which includes Enterprise platform planning, CRM, and cloud migration.
• Establish and ensure adherence to IT compliance, data guard, and adherence guidelines.
• Oversee IT financial plans, vendor strategic collaborations, and deal discussions.
• Offer direction to the ICT team, making sure skills development and strong results.
• Serve as a trusted consultant for executive review on tech practices and creative invention.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Operational structures, or relevant field.
• At least 10 years’ ICT expertise, with a minimum of 5 in a top level/leadership position.
• Established history in top digital transformation and enterprise-wide IT projects.
• Robust competence in IT compliance, cybersecurity, and emerging technical solutions.
