• As the Accounting officer, you will play a key role in coordinating the daily finance and accounts processes of our mental health and drug rehabilitation service.

Duties Finance Management:

• Offer executive monitoring for all accounting processes for one or more entities.
• Produce precise and prompt periodic balance sheet and income statement for various Entities.
• Direct and oversee accounting employees, making sure their alignment with company's strategic objectives.
• Supervise assets and financial resources, which includes supervising buys, outstanding bills, general ledger, wage processing, and capital expenditures/tools.

Business Monitoring:

• Oversee entire duty for accounting-associated information.
• Track financial plan adherence, carry out adjustments of cash accounts, and supervise cash receipts and disbursements.
• Assess employee output and support to their career advancement.
• Help in coordinating business, budgetary, and financial duties for the entities.

Document Management:

Ensure thoroughness and precision of organisation records for customers, suppliers, banks, employees, management, government, and applicable agencies.

Other Obligations:

Execute any other responsibility allocated by the Medical Director.

Credentials

• Higher national diploma or Bsc in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years associated expertise.
• Capability to Travel to Lekki (Necessary).
• A member of a professional body (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in finance Management, accounting, and status updates.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
