Customer relationship officer, Corporates at Unified Payment Services Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Targets

As an Evaluator in the Corporates team, you will assume responsibility of critical customer connections and projects, pushing the dispatch, optimization, and success of our payment goods for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with cross-operational teams—product, engineering, adherence, and processes—to oversee initiative execution, handle customer needs, and assist planned expansion programs.

Duties

• Oversee the orientation and comprehensive execution of sophisticated payment initiatives for corporate customers.
• Serve as the primary point of reach out for mid-to-large enterprise accounts, assisting payment product adoption and operations excellency.
• Work alongside internal teams to diagnose issues concerns, lead outcomes, and guarantee promptness provision of services.
• Evaluate customer transaction practices and offer practical findings to enhance usage, effectiveness, and relation.
• Organize initiative proposals, process recordkeeping, and development materials for customers and internal participants.
• Assist the design and implementation of ability to scale customer servicing methods and resources.
• Recognize avenues for product and process enhancements based on customer response and market progress updates.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance-related and risk guidelines in all customer and business initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: an Higher national diploma / Bsc in Economics, Finance, Business management, Promotion, or a associated discipline. Expertise: at least 1 years of expertise in financial technology, corporate banking, treasury, payments, or enterprise customer solutions, with post service expertise.
