Role description

The HR (Human resources) Officer is in charge of assisting the company’s talent management, making sure adherence with Human resources rules, work legal provisions, and nurturing a positive office culture. The position includes hiring process, workplace engagement, results tracking, development and development, wage processing assist, and general Human resources management.

Workplace engagement:

  • Serve as a point of reach out for employee queries and matters.
  • Advance open dialog and manage dispute solution where necessary.
  • Assist programs that build employee relation and retention.

Human resources Management:

  • Preserve precise employee records (agreements, depart, effectiveness data, etc.).
  • Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, corporate rules, and best Human resources procedures.
  • Help in getting ready Human resources documentation and indicators for management.

Results tracking:

Assist the work assessment process and offer direction to managers. Track probationary periods and agreement renewals.

Development & Development:

Recognize development needs and help in arranging professional growth programs. Assist advancement and succession organizing programs.

Credentials & Competencies

  • Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field.
  • Specialist Human resources accreditation (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • 2 - 5 years of Human resources expertise (relying on position level).
  • Solid understanding of work legal provisions and Human resources industry standards.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, information exchange, and planning abilities.
  • Competence in MS Workspace and Human resources software (HRIS).
