Job Description

Develop internal audit strategy and calendar and ensure the execution of the strategy
Strategy financial, compliance-related and adherence associated assessments/ audits of the company
Carry out risk evaluations and recognize measures in place to reduce risk recognized risks
Evaluate records, checking entries, analyzing audit trails and checking adherence with local compliance-related environment
Carry out ad hoc inquiries and assessments
Offer guidance on internal regulate and engages in optimizing internal audit guidelines and procedures within Primero
Comprehend and minimize key elements of the organization’s risk profile; oversee the organization’s exposure to within and outside the organization risks
Establish and constantly enhance a regular operating structure for the recognition, management, supervising and status updates of adherence risks and concerns.
Make sure that compliance-related modifications are communicated to employees and productively executed in the Company.
Documentation significant findings which could adversely affect entities assets or reputation

At least a Bsc or equivalent
Master of business administration or a applicable Masters academic qualification
Finance or accounting certification e.g. ACA, ACCA etc.
At least 4 years of expertise.
At least 2 years in management capacity
Sound expertise in transport processes
Required location Lagos.
