Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and structured Store Manager to supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of our store/inventory. The preferred candidate will ensure productive stock management, smooth process, precise document-keeping, and adherence with organisation rules.

Work tasks

• Supervise daily store processes and ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee stock levels by tracking, recording, and adjusting inventory in and out.
• Oversee loading and offloading of items, making sure precision and responsibility.
• Preserve structured and current inventory records.
• Track store guard, cleanliness, and proper managing of materials.
• Organize routine, on a weekly basis, and every month documentation on inventory movement and store effectiveness.
• Organize with procurement and processes teams to guarantee prompt stock of materials.
• Educate and oversee store employees (if relevant).
• Ensure adherence to adherence with organisation rules, standardized processes, and safety guidelines.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Stock Chain Management, or any relevant field.
• 2 years demonstrated expertise as a Store Manager, Store officer, or in a similar position.
• Solid understanding of stock regulate and storekeeping procedures.
• Competence in Office productivity software (Excel, Word) and basic stock management software.
• Outstanding corporate, logical, and analytical abilities.
• Robust meticulousness and capability to operate independently.
• Effective communication and management abilities.
