QA Officer at Paras Energy & Natural Resources Development Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled specialist to head, execute, and preserve our combined management operational structures (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 guidelines. The preferred candidate will supervise audits, lead system enhancements, and ensure ongoing adherence.

Development & Mentoring:

Educate employees on ISO qualifications, audit methods, and system industry standards. Train cross-operational teams to promote an environment that fosters ongoing development

Qualifications:

ISO Head or Audit officer in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (IRCA/Exemplar Worldwide/PECB accredited)

Expertise:

At least 5 years in auditing or executing ISO management operational structures Expertise in accreditation audits (2nd/3rd-party) preferred

Competencies:

• Solid understanding of ISO High‑Level Framework
• Outstanding audit organizing, risk evaluation, logical, and documentation drafting capabilities
• Clear expression, executive guidance, and participant relation competencies

Preferred Traits:

Additional qualifications (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NEBOSH, OSHA) Established history of pushing system enhancements and top audit teams
