Customer experience Officer at Zylus Group of Company in Admiralty Road - Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Position summary

This is a full-time in-field position for a Customer experience Officer at Zylus Group International located in Lekki. The Customer experience Officer will be in charge of making sure client fulfillment, offering assist, managing client support questions, and optimizing the entire customer experience on a daily basis.

Primary duties

• Offer outstanding client support to customers, dealing with questions and fixing problems promptly.
• Oversee and preserve client connections to guarantee customer satisfaction and commitment.
• Help customers in comprehension the housing market and mentor them through the real estate buying or financial funding process.
• Productively convey real estate capabilities and perks to possibility customers.
• Close agreements by discussing terms terms and terms that meet both the organization's and customers' needs.
• Preserve precise and current records of customer engagements and financial record.
• Work alongside the business development team to attain revenue goals and targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and rival initiatives.
• Proximity to Lekki axis is a plus.

Requirements / Credentials

• National Certification/HND qualification/Bsc in Mass Information exchange, Public Management, Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field
• 2+ years applicable professional background.
• People skills, Client fulfillment, and Client assistance abilities
• Client support and Customer experience proficiency
• Clear expression and analytical abilities
• Capability to operate well in a team and adjust to various client needs
• Prior expertise in a client-facing position is desirable.
