The External Relations Officer is in charge of building and preserving strategic connections with external participants, which includes authorities, regulatory bodies, industry bodies, Nonprofit organizations, and local networks. This position aids Tamrose’s support endeavors, observes external progress updates, and performs information exchange plans to improve the organization’s reputation and shape favorable results. The role team up with internal teams to align external relations initiatives with Tamrose’s business key focuses making sure adherence with compliance obligations and supporting positive participant relation in Nigeria’s maritime and petroleum sector sector.

Crisis & Problem resolution:

Help in conceptualizing crisis information exchange strategies and responding to external concerns affecting Tamrose. Track media and public sentiment to recognize promise risks and endorse risk reduction plans. Assist internal teams in coordinating participant communications during incidents or disputes.

Key Expertise Qualifications

• At least 5 - 10years of expertise in external relations, stakeholder engagement, or public relations, ideally in the petroleum sector, maritime, or heavy industries sectors.
• Established history in developing rapport with authorities, regulatory bodies, and group groups in Nigeria.
• Expertise in regulatory framework support, crisis information exchange, or social advancement programs.

Conductual Skills:

• Robust interpersonal and relationship building competencies with the capability to build trust across multifaceted participants.
• Clear articulation and bargaining skills, both documented and verbal.
• Initiative-driven issue resolution with a forward-thinking approach for shaping results.
• High professional conduct and cultural sensitivity in a multifaceted Nigerian circumstance.
