Job Description

We are recruiting a proficient Farm Servicing & maintenance Head to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted processes on our poultry farm.
The successful applicant will be in charge of preserving the diesel generator, plumbing operational structures, cold chain tools, and general farm structure.
This position requires practical specialized abilities, initiative-driven issue resolution, and a dedication to minimizing non-operational time and making sure the highest guidelines of farm processes.

Execute preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance on feeders, drinkers, brooders, lighting, and ventilation operational structures.
Examine and fix pens, roofs, and flooring to prevent leaks, rust, and loss.
Operate and preserve diesel generators, ATS, and farm wiring.
Keep precise records of fuel usage, oil modifications, filters, and servicing & maintenance initiatives.
Oversee boreholes, pumps, tanks, and ensure clean water stock for birds and employees.
Preserve egg cold guest accommodation temperature, compressors, and door seals.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for expert repairs, making sure quality and fair pricing.
Keep a organized servicing & maintenance logbook and documentation every month on farm asset terms.

Technical development in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, or associated fields, OR proven practical experience in farm/factory settings.
3–5 years’ expertise in poultry, agro-processing, or FMCG facilities.
Multi-proficient in electrical, plumbing, welding, and refrigeration.
Practical troubleshooter, adaptable, and self-driven.
Must be ready to live in-field at the farm in Epe.
