Position Overview

The Spa/Fashion House Manager is accountable for managing day-to-day activities across the spa and fashion house, making sure smooth service dispatch, outstanding customer experience, and compliance to organisation guidelines. This position blends supervisory obligations in wellness, beauty, clothing generation, and fashion solutions, with a concentration on employees management, process effectiveness, and client fulfillment.

Primary duties Spa Processes:

• Oversee all spa initiatives which includes beauty, wellness, and therapy solutions.
• Ensure high guidelines of hygiene, safety, and client support are preserved.
• Track stock of spa goods and guarantee promptness restocking.
• Educate and assistants to supply specialist spa solutions.

Fashion House Processes:

• Supervise clothing generation, alterations, and garment finishing.
• Oversee UI/UX professionals, fashion designers, and fashion house employees to guarantee quality and on-time completion.
• Preserve standards regulate guidelines for all fashion items and amendments.
• Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled while supporting creative designs.

Broad oversight:

• Organize planning and work distribution for all employees with guidance.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, workplace safety and wellness rules, and client support guidelines.
• Manage client service issues and response with competence.
• Organize documentation on employee output, stock usage, and entire business initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to execute business plans and advertising programs.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc or equivalent expertise in hotel management, Fashion, Business Management, or relevant field.
• Proven supervisory expertise in spa, fashion, or hospitality environment.
• Effective guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
• Expertise in spa solutions, garment generation, and amendments.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Task juggling skill and oversee cross-operational teams.
