Factory operation manager at Elizabeth Maddeux Limited in Abuja

Position Overview

• We are looking for a initiative-driven and seasoned Factory operation manager to head comprehensive processes of our customer’s bakery plant in Abuja.
• The preferred candidate must be capable to seamlessly organize generation, people, promotion assist, logistics, financial regulates, QA, and general management in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
• This individual will be the strategic and business backbone of our production operations facility, pushing effectiveness, adherence, creative invention, and profit margin.

Team lead:

• Head a multifaceted team of production worker, change supervisors, quality managers, and drivers.
• Design and execute effectiveness assessments, competencies development programs, and dispute settlement methods.
• Promote a efficient, safe, and welcoming work environment.
• Ensure adherence to discipline and guarantee adherence with work legal provisions and union requirements, if relevant.

QA & Legal adherence:

Ensure factory processes are in sync with NAFDAC, SON, HACCP, and other food safety guidelines. Explore quality concerns and establish preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Food Tech, Engineering, Process management, or relevant field.
• At least 7-10 years’ expertise in a factory/ plant leadership position in the FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise coordinating a factory staff, processes financial plan, and generation lifecycle.
• Effective guidance, issue resolution, and logical thinking abilities.
• Understanding with Enterprise platform planning or generation software is a plus.
