Job Description
Position
- As a Case Management Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating and assisting a multifaceted caseload.
- You will work directly with survivors to evaluate their needs, formulate individualized care strategies, and organize solutions to guarantee they accomplish their targets.
- Your capability to navigate sophisticated operational structures and support for survivors will be key to their success.
Core Actions:
- Comprehension humanitarian situations and application of humanitarian principles:
- Make sure that programme targets and initiatives uphold the principles of the key national and international humanitarian frameworks, codes, and obligations
- Combine recipient responsibility principles into the approach
Qualifications
- Bsc in Community-related Work, Psychology, Human Solutions, or a relevant field.
- 2 years of expertise in case management or a relevant position.
- Demonstrated expertise operating in an work setting.
Expertise & Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of case management principles and procedures.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities.
- Capability to operate independently and oversee various cases productively.
- Competence in using case management software and other applicable resources.
- Robust planning abilities and meticulousness.
- Empathetic, with a dedication to customer-centered care.
