Wage processing Officer - Concluding Settlements & Perks at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Nigeria

Position Overview

To guarantee prompt process of concluding entitlement financial and advantage components of employee's exit from the organization, making sure a smooth transition and precise payout of all entitlement.

Duties

• Processing concluding remuneration, rewards, accrued vacation time, and other qualified payments for exiting employees. 
• Ensures all concluding settlements are processed in accordance possessing applicable work legal provisions, organisation rules, and job agreements. 
• Operating closely with Human resources department to guarantee a smooth and aligned process for employee departures. 
• Preserve precise records of all concluding settlement financial record, which includes calculations, payments, and advantage terminations.
• Offering clear and prompt correspondence to exiting employees regarding their concluding settlement and perks, dealing with any questions or matters.

Qualifications

Bsc or Higher national diploma in accounting, Business Management, HR, or relevant field. At least two years of expertise in Human resources processes, wage processing, or perks management.

The Person Must:

• Possess a good verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Have solid understanding of air compressors, dryers, air vessels, line filters, and auto drains.
• Show robust safety consciousness and compliance to office safety guidelines.
• Be skilled in preserving precise routine business data records and documentation.
