Primary duties

• Oversee medication and expendable stock to prevent inventory-outs.
• Dispense medications precisely and keep documentation on EMR and MS Excel.
• Analyze prescriptions, check for incompatibilities, and offer clear patient direction.
• Teach patients on proper medication use while dealing with matters.
• Preserve a specialist, client-friendly pharmacy environment.
• Build and oversee supplier connections to guarantee steady inventory accessibility.
• Track expiry dates and restock proactively.
• Modify drug prices routinely in partnership with Accounts to guarantee profit margin.
• Track drug usage practices and organize every month documentation.
• Guarantee adherence with authorizing qualifications and keep up with pharmaceutical practices.
• Oversee and head pharmacy employees to attain most effective effectiveness.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Pharmacy from a identified institution.
• 3–5 years’ expertise as a hospital pharmacy professional.
• Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Valid Federal Pharmacy Practice Permit.
• Competence in MS Excel; IHMS expertise is a plus.
