Position Concise

We are immediately seeking an skilled Chief of operations who will supervise the day-to-day activities of the automobile organisation, making sure effectiveness, productivity, and profit margin across all operational units. This position requires effective guidance, strategic organizing, and operations excellency to boost expansion, streamline methods, and preserve high guidelines excellent quality in service dispatch, production operations (if relevant), logistics, and client fulfillment.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute business plans in sync with the organization’s entire business targets.
• Supervise daily processes which includes sales, after-sales solutions, spare parts, logistics, and workshop initiatives.
• Ensure productive stock chain management and on-time completion of vehicles, parts, and solutions.
• Establish and track key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and performance cross-functional units.
• Lead cost optimization programs while making sure quality and adherence with industry rules.
• Organize with the business promotion & sales teams to assist business expansion and client loyalty.
• Head, train, and formulate unit-specific managers and their teams to promote a high-effectiveness culture.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological guidelines in all operational frameworks.
• Work alongside the finance unit to organize financial plans, projections, and financial statements for business initiatives.
• Recognize avenues for process enhancements, automatic control, and creative invention within processes.
• Manage escalated client concerns with competence, making sure swift solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Business Management, Process management, Engineering, or a relevant field (MSC/Master of business administration is a plus).
• At least 5 years’ demonstrated expertise in process management, ideally inside the automobile industry or associated sectors.
• Solid understanding of stock chain, logistics, and workshop management in the automobile space.
• Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities. Robust financial strategic insight with expertise in financial planning and expense management.
• Capability to lead operations excellency and execute key indicators.
• Exceptional information exchange and people skills for cross-operational partnership.
• Competence in MS Workspace Suite and applicable Enterprise platform planning/automobile management software.
• Must be capable to lead.
• Proximity to site is key
