People Lead operations coordinator at Hugo Technologies in Lagos

Preferred Profile:

• Bsc in HR, Business, or a relevant field
• 4–6 years of Human resources expertise or Management (where individual is a quick learner)
• Expertise in a dynamic or high-growth environment
• Prior expertise with HRIS operational structures and data analytics platforms
• Exposure to project coordination structured approaches and resources (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies
• Verified ability to operate cross-operationally and shape without authority
• Exhibited interest or expertise in leveraging AI or automatic control in Human resources processes
• Human resources Accreditation - SHRM, CIPM or CIPD.
• Masters in Human resources or Business Management
