Job Description
About the position
The Analysis Evaluator specializes in quantitative data evaluation, survey design, and statistical analysis to assist client analysis programs across Moniepoint. This position is in charge of extracting practical findings from various quantitative data suppliers (e.g., transactional data, conductual data, survey responses, client service issues) to guide business decisions and measure the effect of product and expertise modifications. A Lead analyst will head more sophisticated data modeling and offer improved statistical assist.
Data evaluation & Analysis:
- Clean, process, and evaluate large data collections from various within and outside the organization suppliers.
- Oversee client data for analysis participant’s panel
- Submit application suitable statistical methods (e.g., illustrative statistics, inferential statistics, regression evaluation, segmentation) to recognize practices, patterns, and associations within quantitative data.
- Carry out improved statistical modeling and predictive data analysis to uncover in-depth findings.
Ongoing development:
Support to the ongoing development of data collection methods, logical methods, and status updates methods inside the CX Analysis team. Recognize avenues for new data suppliers and logical approaches to improve analysis capabilities.
Necessary Credentials
- Bsc in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Promotion Analysis, or a associated quantitative site.
- 4+ years of expertise in data evaluation or quantitative analysis, with proven competence in statistical software and top logical projects.
- Competence in statistical software (e.g., R, Python with pandas/numpy/scikit-learn) or robust expertise with improved Excel and SQL for data manipulation and evaluation.
- Expertise with survey channels (e.g., Qualtrics) and dashboarding resources (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Robust logical thinking and analytical abilities, with an capability to operate with large, sophisticated data collections.
- Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies, especially in demonstrating analytics-based findings to non-technical target groups.
Preferred Credentials:
- MSC in a quantitative site.
- Understanding with A/B running test frameworks and analysis.
- Prior expertise in financial technology, e-commerce, or a dynamic analytics-based environment.
