Position Overview

Our finance team is looking for to employ a seasoned FP&A specialist as Department head, Financial planning & Data analysis. This role will play a vital function in business evaluation for strategic judgment, financial planning and predicting, defining and supervising KPIs, cost management and FP&A process optimization and automatic control. The preferred candidate will be at at least Manager Grade, with superior business strategic insight, interpersonal connection, and tech resources competence.

Duties

• Organize the financial planning process and lead the execution of the business-related banking group’s financial plan
• Formulate necessary financial projections and approaches to supply the yearly strategy & projections
• Formulate and execute the applicable structure, rules and methods to measure and documentation the Banking Group’s effectiveness along distinct dimension: clients, segments, goods, channels, etc.
• Organize the execution and management of balanced scorecard system
• Track results, viz-a-viz financial plan on a every month basis and evaluate the bank’s effectiveness against contest and industry
• Offer practical findings and data analysis as may be necessary to lead and enhance the bank’s effectiveness
• Coordinate periodic employee evaluation sessions (MPR, QPR)
• Lead budgetary regulate and execute cost optimization programs
• Oversee the MIS (Management Information System) status updates application and organizing applications.

Qualifications Credentials:

• First Academic qualification in Accounting or Finance associated programs.
• MSC / A member of a professional body in Accounting or Finance.
• Other Academic qualification programs will be assessed, if the applicant possesses MSC / A member of a professional body in Accounting or Finance.

Expertise:

• Applicant must possess 12-15 years industry expertise in management information system and decision assist, financial planning and budgetary regulate, scorecard development and management, attractive benchmarking, and business data analysis.
• A minimum of 5 years must possess been in a leadership position. Expertise in business consultative or specialist Finance / Accounting would be advantageous.
• Expertise in advising with key projects will be a plus.

Essential skills:

• Sound expertise in finance, financial & management accounting, financial planning and expense management principles
• In-depth understanding of Banking procedures and workflows, banking solutions / goods, operational workflows, and results tracking principles.
• Capability to evaluate financial and non-financial data, organize financial effectiveness documentation, statements and projections, and be capable to comprehend sophisticated operational structures
• Expertise pushing automatic control of finance reporting and effectiveness measurement operational structures and competence in data analysis resources which includes Excel spreadsheet software, Power BI, etc.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, company, synchronization, issue resolution, dispute settlement, bargain, and critical thinking.
• Robust people skills and adept at cross-operational partnership
• Outstanding specialist documented and spoken communication and public speaking, which includes competence in application of Office productivity software resources for visual communication.
• Capability to motivate teams to generate quality results within tight timeframes and at the same time oversee several projects
• Enthusiasm and lead for process design, execution, and enhancements
• Expertise and competencies for adjustment management and participant relation;
