In-store Financial officer at Northwest Petroleum & Gas Company Limited in Lagos

Position Explanation

The position will collaborate with our in-store station officers and would be in charge, amongst other purposeful operational service dispatch duty, to assist and track the business records for allocated outlets

Main Primary duties

• Oversee in-store finance processes and records for allocated in-store station(s).
• Evaluate, assess and collate in-store sales documentation from sites.
• Execute in-store stations’ adjustments-cash and non-cash.
• Document in-store financial record into the financial platform-Enterprise platform planning.
• Assist to settle financial disputes elevated by the forecourt sales teams
• Recognize and settle in-store finance concerns, accounting discrepancies and other financial associated concerns.
• Assisting the In-store Finance Manager and senior leaders with projects and duty when necessary
• Organize of financial matching statement
• Offer assistance to external auditors during statutory audits
• Ensure precise and prompt visual communication of financial statements and accounts
