Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled HR Manager to head our Human resources programs and lead corporate superiority. The preferred candidate will be a alliance member who can balance process effectiveness with employee relation while making sure adherence with all job legal provisions and rules.

Recruitment & Management:

• Supervise the finalize hiring process lifecycle from open role listing to orientation
• Formulate creative procurement plans to draw in high performer
• Oversee connections with external hiring process agencies and vendors
• Design and execute retention plans to reduce turnover
• Carry out exit interviews and evaluate exit practices.

Specialized abilities:

• Competence in HRIS operational structures (Workday, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
• Improved expertise in Ms office tools, especially Excel
• Expertise with candidate tracking operational structures (ATS)
• Understanding with wage processing software and perks management channels.

Occupational expertise:

• Thorough comprehension of job law and Human resources industry standards
• Expertise in remuneration and perks visual design rules
• Expertise with results tracking structured approaches
• Comprehension of business improvement and adjustment management.

Preferred Credentials

• A Bachelors academic qualification/Higher national diploma
• MSC in HR or Master of business administration is a plus
• Specialist Human resources accreditation (CIPM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
