SBU Adherence Evaluate Officer at First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank) in Lagos

Obligations & Duties

• Offer assistance to Team supervisor, SBU Adherence Supervising for adherence supervising strategy across the Strategic Business Units
• Help in the evaluate of the structure for making sure prompt documentation renditions to compliance-related governing bodies
• Help in responding to compliance-related questions and examination documentation concerning the initiatives of Strategic business Units
• Uninterrupted supervising of the compliance to the Adherence rules, relevant legal & regulatory guidelines, and helping in enforcement as needed on SBUs
• Report to higher support tier recurring adherence concerns/breaches to the Team supervisor, Strategic Business Units Adherence supervising on every month/every quarter for further client engagement and solution escalation.
• Carry out and organize inquiries documentation as the discovers of the adherence initiatives needs.
• Engaging in Adherence Risk Evaluation workshop carried out by Adherence Carry out and Consultative Unit
• Carry out spot checks to test the performance of methods/standardized processes put in place to guarantee adherence with relevant legal provisions, rules and industry standards
• Execute other obligations and duties as may be allocated

Qualifications Education:

First academic qualification (or equivalent) in Law, Banking & Finance or associated discipline

Expertise:

At least 3 years’ expertise operating in adherence or associated zones in financial solutions Expertise in executing and advising on adherence program.
