Position Overview

We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled Head Electrical systems engineer with over 10 years of proven competence in electrical engineering to head our power allocation processes. The preferred candidate will supervise power allocation operational structures, synchronization panels, load management, and energy optimization, making sure process effectiveness, safety, and adherence with industry guidelines.

Primary duties

• Head, oversee, and organize all electrical engineering processes.
• Supervise power allocation operational structures to guarantee uninterrupted and productive stock.
• Oversee synchronization panels and ensure proper consolidation with backup power operational structures.
• Track and execute efficient load management plans for most effective energy utilization.
• Ensure preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance of electrical tools.
• Offer technical direction and guidance to the electrical team.
• Guarantee adherence with safety rules, codes, and guidelines.
• Organize technical documentation and report results to top level management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Electrical Engineering (MSC or a member of a professional body is a plus).
• At least 10 years’ expertise in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a top level/leadership position.
• Robust competence in power allocation, synchronization panels, and load management operational structures.
• Exhibited executive guidance, issue resolution, and critical thinking.
• Clear articulation and team synchronization abilities.
