About the Position

• The Client Stock Chain Manager is in charge of the Client Stock Chain (CSC) of Nigeria Opco.
• S/He is in charge of the translating the Organizing and Logistic Worldwide Stock Chain plan into Organizational needs and the implementation.
• S/He directs the FU Team which comprises of Client support, Grievance Management, Logistics and Warehouse.
• In charge of Service, Client partnership and fulfillment, Stock and its effect on Operating Capital. Leads optimization (Service / Stock / Margin / Profit) in sync with accepted KPI set.

Requirement Organizing:

• Directs the Requirement Organizing cycles, team up actively internally (Business promotion / sales) and with Clients pushing for high Prediction reliability and low Prejudice.
• Formulate and execute a plan for the Requirement department to improve requirement superiority
• Establish the plan for new business programs by analysing industry trends and translating findings into unit-specific strategies
• Serve as the primary reach out for the business-related company regarding business and tactical organizing, supervising, analysing, and difficult the quality of BG requirement strategies.
• Offer assistance and oversight for volume tender methods and projects when necessary

Stock FU:

• Formulate the plan for the allocated organizing department and support to the development of the plan on one level higher
• Oversee service on time in full for the markets in scope
• Oversee waste effectiveness for total MEPA scope and CSC MEPA network
• Oversee target stock levels for full replenishment scope
• Work alongside and convey helpfully with the applicable within and outside the organization participants and associates

Grievance Management - Sales:

Receives Client quality associated problem (service issues) through FU Client support company Steers all associated participants to strategize and implement corrective and preventive actions in accordance to the Operating Organisation Crisis Team (OCCT)

Project coordination:

Head and lead tactical and strategic projects both in own domain, cross BG (which includes milk distribution) and cross operational with high difficulty. Head and be principle of sophisticated CAPEX financial funding cases within own network

Work expertise:

• 5-10 years running regional or country Strategy & Supply executive function in a matrix company
• Exhibited and acknowledged skill of following SC pillars: Client support, Grievance Management, Warehouse and Logistics
• Additional exhibited and identified practical understanding of a minimum of 1 of these zones: Requirement & Stock Organizing, Directing, Sales, Promotion, Quality assurance, Procurement
