Job Description
Primary duties
- Client Due Diligence (CDD): Carry out complete KYC assessments on current and prospective clients to evaluate risk profiles and guarantee adherence with compliance obligations.
- Client Risk Evaluation: Utilize resources and assets to allocate risk ratings to clients based on organizational operations, geography, and other applicable factors.
- Paperwork review: Execute QA checks on provided documents (IDs, balance sheet and income statement, lawful documents, etc.) to verify precision, credibility, and appropriateness for subscribed goods.
- Cross-Operational Partnership: Collaborate with Tech, Sales, and Processes teams to guarantee smooth client orientation and adherence methods.
- Screening & Supervising: Evaluate outcomes of client screenings, endorse suitable actions for elevated-risk categories which includes Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and modify Ultimate Advantageous Owner (UBO) registers.
- Periodic Assessments: Carry out ongoing assessments of customer connections and modify Customer Risk Evaluations in line with compliance-related and internal qualifications.
- Information exchange & Recordkeeping: Coordinate with within and outside the organization participants to acquire necessary recordkeeping and guarantee promptness finalization of KYC status updates.
- Managerial Assist: Offer assistance in the project setup and entry of KYC/AML adherence documentation.
- AML Warnings Evaluate: Track routine warnings produced by the AML application to recognize promise compliance-related or internal infractions requiring further investigative.
- Suspicious Activity Status updates: Explore red flags and promptly report to higher support tier/documentation Suspicious Financial record (STRs/SARs), preserving proper recordkeeping on SharePoint as evidence of adherence.
Expertise:
At least 3 years applicable professional background in a relevant field.
