Adherence Methods and Guidelines Officer at First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank) in Lagos

Obligations and Duties

• Offer assistance to Team supervisor, Methods and Guidelines for development of an the end to end process to guarantee that adherence methods match actions taken by team and make sure that the methods are proactively current to reflect upgrades and enhancements that are accepted from time to time.
• Recognizing concerns requiring advancement and possibility themes, and recognizing applicable remedial actions necessary and tracking through to finalization. 
• Track and documentation on the advancement of actions strategies of respective units in adherence processes and examines their adequacy for productively coordinating adherence risk. Report to higher support tier findings to Chief, Methods and Guidelines. 
• Help in carrying out investigative as may be necessary by the Chief, Methods and Guidelines. 
• Carry out periodic evaluate and modify of Adherence QAR rules and standardized processes 
• Evaluates, classify and show management with information to assist strategic judgment objective. 
• Serving as a catalyst for adjustment and advancement in effectiveness / quality.

Qualifications Education:

First academic qualification (or equivalent) in Law, Banking & Finance or associated discipline

Expertise:

At least 2 years’ expertise operating in adherence or associated zones in financial solutions.
