Role summary

The Internal Regulates and Adherence Manager is in charge of organizing, carrying out, and status updates outcomes of Internal Regulates and Adherence (ICC) and inquiries for MSH workspaces around the world. When allocated, the ICC Manager manages, instructs, trainers, and trains adherence officers in appointed MSH countries.  The role requires operating with MSH employees in country workspaces internationally in Internal Regulates and Adherence, inquiries, and adherence assessments, in a role requiring strong level of honesty and reliability, autonomy, and trust. This comprises monitoring the synchronization of adherence strategies for projects and/or country workspaces, as helped by Adherence Officers around the world, to guarantee alignment with worldwide adherence management key focuses.  The ICC Manager tracks internal investigative cases using a standard tracking system, ensures updates are sent to donor agencies, cases are allocated to an internal or external Investigator and finished prompt, corrective actions arising from adherence assessments, inquiries, spot checks, and other internal or external audits are executed. The ICC Manager is also in charge of getting ready every month, every quarter, and yearly investigative status documentation, Internal Regulates and Adherence corrective actions status documentation, and Internal Regulates and Adherence yearly work strategy advancement documentation, for evaluate and entry to the MSH Board Oversight panel by the Chief of operations (COO).  The ICC Manager is also in charge of analyzing and updating Internal Regulates and Adherence resources, design frameworks, and work programs, adherence evaluate programs, and internal investigative methods, which includes the design and execution of various resources and design frameworks to assemble data for project setup of overview documentation.  The scope of Internal Regulates and Adherence initiatives to be carried out comprises adherence with MSH rules and SoPs, adherence with local tax legal provisions and work legal provisions, fraud inquiries, and spot checks.  Particularly, the scope comprises running test internal regulates; running test adherence with agreements, grants, collaborative agreements, sub grants/outsources, legal provisions, rules and MSH rules and standardized processes; assessing whether financial financial record possess been precisely documented in financial records, and executing standardized processes to identify fraudulent acts. 

Credentials

  • Bsc in Accounting or equivalent education. Master of business administration academic qualification preferred. 
  • A member of a professional body which includes Accredited Public Accounting officer, Accredited Fraud Examiner, or Accredited Audit officer, or associated applicable a member of a professional body. 
  • At least 7 years associated work expertise, seven of them in a top level Internal Audit, Internal Regulates, Adherence, Inquiries, and associated zones. 
  • Expertise with multi donor financing rules, which includes the U.S government Collaborative Agreements and Agreements rules, Worldwide Financial support, and other private funders and foundations.
  • Expertise operating in conceptualizing countries.
  • Capability to operate independently. 
  • Capability to operate well and be respectful of various cultures and workspace environments, with good people skills. 
  • Outstanding English linguistic ability, documented and verbal, necessary. Expertise and competencies in other languages, a plus. 
  • Qualified for job in the MSH country of processes. 
  • Must possess the capability to commute approximately 40% of the work year. 
  • Exhibited efficient executive guidance and interpersonal verbal abilities. 
  • Capability to operate in a dynamic collaboration environment to meet necessary due dates.    
  • Exhibited outstanding English linguistic ability (both documented and spoken communication) with the capability to make demonstrations and productively compose/refine documentation.   
  • Skills development/development expertise is desirable. 
  • Repeatedly approaches collaborate with energy and a positive, productive mindset. 
  • Capacity to operate efficiently under pressure and hardship terms.
