Position Overview

The Medical Health Coverage Officer is in charge of coordinating and managing health coverage-associated initiatives inside the hospital. This position includes checking patient benefits package, acquiring approvals, and making sure adherence with coverage rules and rules.

Primary duties

• Coverage Confirmation: Confirm patient benefits package and perks.
• Approval Management: Acquire and oversee coverage approvals for treatments and standardized processes.
• Requests Management: Help with requests entry, client engagement, and solution.
• Patient Education: Teach patients on benefits package, perks, and financial duties.
• Regulatory framework Adherence: Guarantee adherence with coverage rules, rules, and hospital standardized processes.
• Information exchange: Work alongside coverage companies, patients, and hospital employees to settle concerns and enhance methods.

Qualifications

• Education: Bsc in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business).
• Expertise: Previous expertise in health coverage, patient entry, or a relevant field.
• Competencies: Robust logical, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Expertise: Understanding with health coverage rules, standardized processes, and rules.
