As Head Effect Officer, you will mentor Tiko’s effect schedule, making sure a strong measurement structure, premium quality evidence, and practical findings that strengthen program and strategic collaborations.
You will promote an environment that fosters data use across the company, uplifting others to turn findings into action and shape regulatory framework in Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH).

Ph.D in Community health, Epidemiology, Data Science, Statistics, Medical Sociology, Health Economics, or a relevant field.
7+ years’ executive top level expertise in data operational structures, analysis, and M&E and Learning (MEL) in Sub-Saharan Africa.
5+ years’ expertise compelling public (government) and private sectors, which includes direct partnership with Ministries of Health.
Competence in ASRH measurement (FP, HIV, SGBV) and cost-performance evaluation.
Artificial Intelligence (AI), which includes Machine Learning (ML), predictive data analysis, and other statistical approaches or automated findings production, to optimise program dispatch
Proven expertise in publishing peer-examined analysis and coordinating multi-country reviews.
Deep knowledge of data ethics, safeguarding, and legal adherence.
Proficient at coordinating diverse teams and building strategic collaborations across countries.
