Overview

We are seeking a strategic and practical Chief of Promotion to head growth, corporate identity visibility, and client relation across our multi-corporate identity wellness group. The preferred candidate will bring in-depth expertise in user purchase, digital promotion, and omnichannel marketing implementation, preferably inside the beauty, wellness, or buyer goods space.

Client Relation & Commitment:

Head CRM programs and retention plans (e.g., benefits, surveys). Track client conduct to enhance expertise and lifetime value.

What You Bring

• Bsc in Promotion, Business, Communications, or relevant field (postgraduate/professional certification are a incentive).
• 6+ years’ expertise in growth promotion, user purchase, and sales.
• Solid experience in beauty, wellness, or buyer goods will be an added advantage.
• Competence with SEO, paid ads, Google Data analysis, CRM resources, and promotion automatic control.
• Established history of successful growth marketing and team lead.
• Clear articulation, creative invention, and schedule control competencies.
