Job Description

The Chief operator will offer strategic executive guidance and business monitoring for a top in-store pharmacy corporate identity with various outlets across the country.
The GM will be in charge of pushing profit margin, making sure adherence with pharmacy rules, preserving corporate identity guidelines, and expanding market distribute.
The preferred candidate is a authorized Pharmacy professional with proven competence in multi-store in-store process management, business expansion, and team lead.

Offer monitoring and direction for all in-store outlets nationwide.
Ensure smooth synchronization of stock chain, stock, and allocation across outlets.
Establish and track KPIs (sales, profit margin, client fulfillment, adherence).
Lead process effectiveness and standard operating standardized processes (SOPs) across stores.

Head, motivate, and train Regional/Store Managers, Pharmacists, and employees across branches.
Enhance output management, succession organizing, and employee training programs.
Promote an environment that fosters responsibility, creative invention, and client-focused service.

Must be a authorized Pharmacy professional (B.Pharm, Pharm.D, or equivalent).
At least 12–15 years progressive expertise in in-store pharmacy management, with a minimum of 5 years in a multi-store executive function.
Established history in monitoring nationwide or large-scale in-store processes.
Profitable company strategic insight with exhibited success in coordinating P&L and pushing growth.
Strong insight of Nigerian pharmaceutical rules and in-store dynamics.
Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and strategic judgment competencies.
