Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, Economics, or relevant field (Master of business administration or postgraduate degree preferred).
• 10+ years’ progressive expertise in business-related executive guidance within FMCG, with a minimum of 6 years in a top level leadership position.
• Established history of pushing income increase, coordinating strategic collaborations, and supplying profitable company outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of FMCG full operational cycle, allocation networks, and in-store landscapes (traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce).
• Exceptional bargain, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
