The Store Growth & In-store Development Manager is in charge of managing and directing the comprehensive process of new store vacancies and in-store development projects. The position includes organizing, vendor and supplier synchronization, supervising advancement, and making sure that new stores are fulfilled on time, within financial plan, and in sync with the organization’s in-store guidelines.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

• Coordinate with building project suppliers and material vendors to secure necessary assets.
• Track procurement, logistics, and dispatch of store materials.
• Ensure vendor effectiveness aligns with project requirements.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Business Management, Project coordination, In-store Management, or associated fields
• 2 - 4 years’ expertise in in-store development, store growth, or project oversight.
• Robust corporate, handling multiple responsibilities, and client engagement competencies.
• Clear articulation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Competence in Office productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and analytics platforms.
• Expertise in in-store processes and store layout guidelines is a plus.
