Job Description

Analysis and acquire third-party associates to select those with the best pricing, capabilities, turnaround times, and quality of work
Build a dependable DB of credible development facilitators, content developers, and other third-party associates
Allocate roles, assess effectiveness, and ensure payments are made as at when due.
Carry out position interviews to guarantee applicants’ competencies and credentials match the role expectations.
Evaluate applicants and organize interviews for within and outside the organization applicants. Explore market industry standards in the hiring process and placement of employees.
Keep track of hiring indicators (e.g. time-to-employ and cost-per-employ).
Endorse ways to enhance our company corporate identity. Work collaboratively Management (Hiring managers, employees external contracting etc.)
Allocate roles, assess effectiveness, and ensure payments are made as at when due.
Track expenditure on Development and other cost lines against the unit-specific financial plan.
Preserve specialist and domain expertise by participating teaching workshops; analyzing specialist publications; establishing personal networks; engaging in specialist societies.

At least a Bsc in Community-related Sciences, Humanities or relevant field.
An postgraduate degree (Maters or equivalent) would be beneficial.
At least five (5) years cognate work expertise.
Expertise with procurement through the internet, social platforms, relationship building, employee client recommendations, position postings, in addition to carrying out position fairs
Membership with the Chartered Institute of Staff administration (CIPM) or any international Human resources Specialist body (which includes CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Expertise in HR Legal provisions and rules in addition to Worldwide Industry standards Comprehension of Human resources Status updates and Management Information resources.
