Fulfillment Officer at Lifebank in Ibadan, Oyo

Role summary

The Fulfillment Officer is directly participated with carrying out orders and fulfilling them inside the shortest time possible. The position would also oversee Medical dispatch riders, take stock, management of organisation assets and vendor management.

Responsiiblities

• In charge of the welfare of MDRs.
• Ensure standard procedure and key servicing & maintenance of all LifeBank’s assets.
• Settlement of capital and updating applicable sheets with finance and Ops.
• Supervise the workspace management.
• In charge of collecting and adjusting bills and remitting money into the bank routine.
• In charge of signing and coordinating all LifeBank vendors in their city.
• Carry out standard procedure cylinder tracking.
• Oversee StockBank stock and StockBank order wrapping.
• Other managerial obligations as allocated.
• Oversee supplier connections in their cities/regions under the oversight of the Lead operations coordinator.
• Track riders' adherence with SOPs.
• Send on a weekly basis documentation.
• Documentation all business hurdles on a on a weekly basis basis.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with 1 - 2+ years in logistics, fulfillment or a similar position.
