Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and meticulous Personnel Officer to join our team. The preferred candidate will assist the Human resources department in executing rules, coordinating hiring process, workplace engagement, results tracking, and making sure adherence with organisation guidelines.

Primary duties

• Preserve precise employee records and Human resources recordkeeping.
• Assist employee orientation, development, and development programs.
• Manage workplace engagement and promptly handle employees matters.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions and organisation rules.
• Help with results tracking methods.
• Offer Human resources documentation for executive review as necessary.
• Oversee full-cycle hiring process: procurement, screening, interviewing, and orientation.
• Formulate and modify position summaries and position ads across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Personnel Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 2 - 3 years of applicable Human resources expertise (FMCG/Production operations industry expertise is a plus).
• Solid understanding of work legal provisions and Human resources industry standards.
• Clear articulation, interpersonal, and planning abilities.
• Competence in MS Workspace Suite.
• Capability to operate under pressure and protect privacy.
