Hexagon Engineering Ltd is looking for a proficient and skilled Electrical Head to supervise and head electrical panel design and assembly projects. The preferred candidate will possess practical specialized skill in electrical engineering, panel layout, wiring, and assembly methods, making sure quality, safety, and adherence with industry guidelines.

Primary duties:

• Head the design, development, and optimization of electrical panels and regulate operational structures.
• Evaluate and authorize electrical drawings, schematics, and wire diagrams.
• Oversee and organize the assembly, wiring, and running test of electrical panels.
• Make sure that all electrical work follows with health, safety, and industry guidelines.
• Work alongside PMs, engineers, and other participants to meet delivery schedules.
• Diagnose issues and settle electrical concerns during design, assembly, and initiating.
• Manage records, BOMs (Invoice of Materials), and quality assurance records.
• Train and assist entry-level electrical employees.

Credentials

• Bsc in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise (typically 5+ years) in electrical panel design and assembly.
• Solid understanding of electrical guidelines (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and safety rules.
• Practical experience with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar).
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and team synchronization competencies.
• Capability to analyze technical drawings and requirements.
• Expertise in PLCs, regulate operational structures, and automatic control will be an added advantage.
