Innovative Graphic designer at HK Designs Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

Primary duties

• Interpreting the business / customers’ design needs and conceptualizing a idea to match the design/content.
• Thinking imaginatively to generate new creative thoughts and designs.
• Coordinating with with customers and the necessary team to discuss the design qualifications.
• Operating with a variety of media, which includes photography and computer-aided design (CAD) whilst updating with necessary competencies which includes QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Illustrate idea by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding structured, size, type size/style and associated notions
• Acquiring authorization of idea by sending rough layout for authorization
• Getting ready concluding layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
• Estimating the time necessary to finalize the position and making sure that the specified due dates are fulfilled.
• Conceptualizing design summaries by collecting information and data through analysis
• Demonstrating finalised design and notions and making any modification if necessary
• Operating on layouts and artwork pages prepared for print
• Operating in a collaborative environment with printers, copywriters, professional shooters, stylists, illustrators, other UI/UX professionals, account senior leaders, web developers and promotion specialists.
• Execute other associated obligations as necessary.

Certification / Expertise

Bachelor's degree or Master's in Graphic Design, Fine Art or any relevant field with 3 - 5 years operating expertise in innovative designs. Expertise in CAD, extremely innovative, reside around Mainland environs. Additional / Higher certification can be a desirable asset.
